Human capital development is the bedrock, especially in face of conflicting challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic facing the world today”, posited the Chairman of PETAN, Mr Nicolas Odinuwe.
He added that in the industrial linkage sector, QHSE has evolved business objectives, stakeholders’ needs, environmental management and its associated risks.
“Safety is very integral in all aspects of industrial work spaces and these revolve around the human capital development and competencies as enshrined in the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act 2020.
He added that PETAN and PETAN member companies have, and will continue to be in the forefront to promote industrial growth for the local industry.
