MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION Membership is open to all Indigenous Technical Oilfield Service Companies who meet the following criteria. 1. Equity Holding – 100% Nigerian or at the worst an initial 60% with three year plan for acquisition of remainder of shares. 2. Managing Director / Chief Executive must be Nigerian. 3. Majority of Technical management must be Nigerians. 4. All staff must be 95% Nigerian. 5. Complete the form below in as much detail as possible. Include any other information that will adequately pre-qualify your company.
